Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Hotel Rush games published by MarkTech Solutions Inc.: Hotel Rush: Front Desk Tycoon, Hotel Rush: Adventure and Hotel Rush: Check-In Rush, on Android, iPhone and the web at games.marktechsolutions.ca and hotelrush.marktechsolutions.ca.
Information we collect
None. The games do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, payment information, contacts, photos, location or any other personal details, and there are no accounts.
Game progress
Your progress, scores, hotel name and settings are saved only on your device or in your browser. They are not sent to us, not used for advertising and not sold. Uninstalling an app, clearing its storage or clearing browser data removes that progress.
Apps and internet
The Android and iPhone apps include the complete game and do not need an internet connection to play. Links you choose to open, such as the support email, open in other apps on your device.
Web versions
When you play in a browser, the pages are delivered by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Like any website host, it may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and secure the site. We do not use this information to identify you or for advertising.
Advertising, analytics and purchases
The games contain no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, no social-media tracking and no purchases.
Children
The games are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no chat, no public profile and no user-generated content.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
