Player Support

Need help with Front Desk Tycoon, Adventure or Check-In Rush? Email us and include which game, which device (for example iPhone 11 or Pixel 7), what you expected to happen and what appeared on screen. Screenshots help.

Lost progress

Progress is saved only on your device or in your browser. Uninstalling the app, clearing app storage or clearing browser data removes it, and we cannot restore it because we never receive it.

Sound

On iPhone, turn off the silent switch to hear game sounds. Each game also has its own sound button.

Play on the web

All three games can be played free in a browser at games.marktechsolutions.ca.
